Responsible Travel

Nepal is there to change you, not for you to change it. Lose yourself in its essence. Make your footprints with care and awareness of the precarious balance around you. Take souvenirs in your mind and spirit, not in your pockets. Nepal is not only a place on the map, but an experience, a way of life from which we all can learn.

Environmental issue has been quite critical day by day all around the world. Especially the countries like Nepal where many Mountains and lakes are located has very fragile ecosystem. Due to global warming and climate change the glaciers are already melting in alarming rate and hundreds of snow lakes are in the position of outburst. Bhutan

Nestled in the foothills of Himalaya, Bhutan has always remained an independent kingdom. It remained closed to the outside world, and as a result, its age old culture, tradition, spiritual heritage and environment are still intact. Bhutanese are deeply religious, practices Mahayana Buddhism. The country is dotted with Buddhist monasteries, chortens (Stupas), prayer flags and monuments. Bhutan used to be one of the most isolated nations in the world, but developments including direct international flights, internet, mobile phone networks, and cable television have increasingly opened the doors. Yet, Bhutan has balanced modernization with its ancient culture and traditions under the guiding philosophy of Gross National Happiness (GNH). The Bhutanese hospitability and gentility are accessible event to strangers. People are more relaxed, and their sense of humors is delightful and refreshing. Patience, courtesy and kindness are attributes which children learn from an early age. Bhutanese have a unique national dress – men wear a knee length, handwoven robe called GHO and KIRA is an ankle robe worn by women.
