Responsible Travel

Nepal is there to change you, not for you to change it. Lose yourself in its essence. Make your footprints with care and awareness of the precarious balance around you. Take souvenirs in your mind and spirit, not in your pockets. Nepal is not only a place on the map, but an experience, a way of life from which we all can learn.

Environmental issue has been quite critical day by day all around the world. Especially the countries like Nepal where many Mountains and lakes are located has very fragile ecosystem. Due to global warming and climate change the glaciers are already melting in alarming rate and hundreds of snow lakes are in the position of outburst. As a responsible traveler, to stop climate change and reduce its impact we can contribute ourselves in many ways while we travel.

» How this package benefits to the local community & Environment

You are contributing to the local economy choosing this place to spend your vacation. You do not carry your foodstuffs from outside since this place cater you best food with great accommodation. Every penny that you spend to consume anything directly goes to the local people since the lodge owners and vendors are local people. Further you can contribute more if you give more priority to local made foodstuffs rather than imported. Locally produce could be rice, potato, bread, butter, meat items etc. All the food items which are in good packing are mostly imported. Consuming bread would be better than noodles because noodles come in non-degradable plastic packaging where as locally made bread does not have packaging at all. That helps to keep local environment plastic free and promote local products which boost the local economy ultimately.
