Everest Marathon is recorded in Guinness Book of World Records. Tenzing Hillary Everest Marathon is an International High Altitude Adventure Sports Event being held at Mt. Everest Base Camp every year on May 29 to honor the historical ascent of first Mount Everest summiteers Late Tenzing Norgay Sherpa and Sir Edmund Hillary.

Everest Marathon, the world's highest marathon, the Toughest Marathon and the Ultimate Mountain Race, is open for all High Altitude Running enthusiasts above 18 years of age with sound mind and body.
