Sirubari Village Tour - Village Walk in Nepal

Sirubari is a unique village located in Syangja district southwest of Pokhara at 1700m altitude, is a short drive from Pokhara, followed by a comfortable walk. In May 2001, Sirubari in conjunction with the Nepal trourism board was awarded the PATA Gold award in recognition of its efforts to preserve the culture and heritage of Nepal.The climate is favorable to visit Sirubari at any season of the year.Sirubari is a neat and clean village with Gurung settlement. The community people invite the clients to stay at any one of the home of the village. The accommodation is simple but comfortable with good bedding as well as clean toilet facilities.

The food is delicious and you can have meal as one of the family member during your stay at Sirubari. Every night there will be an entertainment in the form of Gurung and Nepali Dance and song organized by the community people. Once you visit Sirubari Village , it will be an unforgettable by their rich hospitality and unique culture. You can get Hot showers, television, bottled beer, hamburgers, rubbish on the trail, many tourist,delicious local food and drink, comfortable accommodation, a welcome like you have never had before and the culture experience of a lifetime.

Day 1: Kathmandu
Arrive Kathmandu. The group will be received , assist and transfer to their designated hotel.

Day 2: Kathmandu Sightseeing
Visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhu, Bouddnath Stupa and Patan City.

Day 3: Kathmandu – Pokhara
Drive(5- 6 Hours) or fly to Pokhara( 35 mins) .Boating at Fewa lake in the evening. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4: Pokhara Sightseeing
Early in the morning we will take you to Sarangkot hill for viewing sunrise and spectacular snowcapped mountain ranges. After lunch, back to Pokhara and ride up to Devis fall, Gupteshowr Cave ,Tibetan refugee camp, Mountain Museum etc. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 5: Pokhara - Sirubari Village
Transfer from Pokhara to Arjunchaupari . Trek to Sirubari village. Meet the family. Watch local cultural programs. Overnight in the local House.

Day 6: Sirubari
Explore the village and its surroundings. Hike through the neighbouring villages. Enjoy the cultural programs and observe their daily lifestyle.

Day 7: Sirubari
Climb to Dahare hill to view the mountains and village scenery. Spend your last evening with the family. Probably it will be one of the unforgettable experience for you.

Day 8: Sirubari - Kathmandu
Walk back to the transport at Arjunchaupari. Drive or fly back to Kathmandu from Pokhara.

Day 10: Departure
